BOOKING CONDITIONS :
For any booking, a 30% deposit is asked. It will be deduced of your invoice. The balance has to be paid on arrival.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS :
Cancellation insurance COVID-19:
100% refund of your deposit in less than 7 days under the following conditions:
- Subscription to the cancellation insurance no later than 48H after your booking.
- Refund only in the following cases: national confinement during your vacation, travel restriction preventing you from accessing your vacation spot, presentation of a positive test for COVID-19 dating less than 15 days before your arrival date.
- Insurance fees: 7% of the amount of your reservation to be paid on subscription.
Without any subscription to this insurance, and if one of these reasons should be invoked, we will apply the government decisions in force.
In case of cancellation for any other reasons, we will apply our usual cancellation conditions: “In case of cancellation less than 30 days before your arrival time, the deposit will not be refunded. 10% cancellation fees will be withheld from the amount of your stay, if cancellation more than 30 days before the schedule arrival.”
The cancellation insurance is non-refundable.
